Mark understands that working in real estate is ultimately about people.  While only representing one party in any given exchange, he recognizes that discovering the desires and objectives of both sides is the key to successful outcome for his clients.  Valuing every engagement & impression with not only his clients, but other agents, potential buyers and the public ensures that no opportunity is left un-explored and thus unrealized.  Being up to date with the latest statistics and development’s in the market should be a pre-requisite.  Success is achieved on the margins and that happens in real time between people.
